Air filter Kubota 1G319-11211 for DGW400

The air filter (1G319-11211) is designed for the Kubota D902 engine used in the Shindaiwa DGW400 Diesel Welder.

Kubota's Motor D902 (power 24 hp) is the primary drive mechanism in model DGW400 Diesel Welder and Shindaiwa's Mobile Engine Driven Welders. For reliable and trouble-free operation of the welding machine, its filter element should be cleaned and replaced:

• first cleaning – after 50 hours of operation;
• subsequent cleaning – every 100 hours;
• replacement – every 400 hours.

To clean and replace the filter element:

1. Remove the clips and air filter cover;
2. Cleaning. If there is dry dust buildup, blow the filter element from the inside with compressed air;
3. Replacement. If there is carbon or oil buildup, or if the unit has worked 400 hours, replace the part with a new one;
4. Reassemble in reverse order.

Notes:

• If the welding machine is operated in a dusty environment, clean more often than scheduled;
